The Role

We are looking for a Content Manager to help us add, refine and maintain all the digital media and content on our platform.  This includes all content in our digital programs and exercises, content on our marketing channels and website, and templates our customers leverage to engage their clients.

Working closely with our Platform team, Designers, Copywriters, Customer Success team and Customers you will own the timely production and publishing of all our mission critical content.

This role will give you the opportunity to take ownership of key operational processes.  Our content plays a critical part in our product, so you will see real impact through your work.

We offer flexible working arrangements to be partly at home / remote and partly in our modern office in Ecocity, MidValley.

You Bring

• Excellent verbal and written English, you are a crisp and articulate communicator.
• A keen eye for detail. You are structured in your thinking and ensure nothing gets missed.
• Experience in using one or many Content Management Systems (CMS). You are very comfortable with online content creation and management tools.
• Passion for communication and marketing. You understand the importance of telling good stories and like to find ways to make things both engaging and succinct.
• An eye for design. You can appreciate good UX and can identify when things are muddled or confusing.
• A self-starter mindset. You don’t wait to be asked, you see the opportunity and are proactive in getting after it.
• Ability to work effectively independently exercising strong judgement and problem solving skills. You have great time management and meet your deadlines.
• Strong collaboration skills; you are able to work well in a distributed team environment - sharing updates and information asynchronously to keep others informed and engaged in your work.
• A desire to learn. You seek constructive feedback, and value coaching to help you improve.
