This policy outlines the procedures and permissions for the transfer of a Tacklit account to a designated person or organization in the event of the account holder’s death or incapacitation. The goal is to ensure the secure and seamless handover of account management and data access.

Appointment: Account holders may designate a successor who will assume control of the account in the event of their death or incapacitation. This designation must be made in writing and submitted to Tacklit.
